Volux £259 per ml
A firmer, longer-lasting procedure. Recommended for experienced patients.
Volux procedure
A new addition to the range, Volux is like its sibling Voluma a premium low-risk hyaluronic acid procedure.
Used by leading international penis procedure clinics.
Volux is manufactured in Ireland by Allergan a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ireland.
Volux is a firmer procedure than Voluma and can last up to 6 months longer, with an estimated half-life of 18 – 24 months*.
A firmed procedure may require more pressure to mould smooth than a softer procedure, and maybe more suitable for patients who have experience with procedure moulding.
Safety first: In the unlikely event of a problem, Volux procedure can be dissolved away using Hyaluronidase enzyme, reversing the procedure.

Pluryal
Pluryal Volume £195 per ml
A reliable cost-effective procedure – perfect for 1st time patients.
Pluryal Volume is manufactured by a Luxembourg based company MD Skin Solutions
Pluryal is an excellent low-risk CE marked hyaluronic acid procedure with an estimated half-life of 12-18 months.
The procedure has been used in the Androfill clinic for over 12 months and the results are difficult to distinguish from the more expensive Voluma.
MD Skin Solutions is a smaller manufacturer offering a lower-priced procedure which performs as well as the more expensive option.
The Pluryal ‘V’ procedure is the best procedure in this range for penile augmentation.
Safety first: In the unlikely event of a problem, Pluryal can be dissolved away using Hyaluronidase enzyme, reversing the procedure.

An ultra-budget procedure, short duration procedure.
Notice: Genefill Filler has been discontinued due to inflammatory nodule formation in several patients.
The procedure is contraindicated for use in genital augmentation.
Patients previously treated with Genefill or Hyacorp will have the procedure dissolved away and replaced with Voluma at no cost.
If you have had Genefill or Hyacorp procedure injected elsewhere, Dr Horn has agreed to dissolve the procedure for you, free of charge.
Genefill – BioScience
Genefill is our least expensive procedure and is acceptable to some patients. The procedure has a short life-span and is designed primarily for buttock augmentation.

Teoysal
Teoysal Ultra Deep £280 per ml
A very firm procedure. Experienced patients only.
‘ Expert Filler ‘
Teoysal Ultra Deep is a very firm Hyaluronic acid procedure which is not given to first-time patients.
The firmness of the procedure requires some previous experience in moulding.
Significant pain can result for up to 1 month following the procedure of this procedure.
No more than 4 ml of the procedure should be injected in one session.
This procedure should not be placed near the head of the penis.
The procedure comes in a 1.2 ml syringe and is priced at £280 per ml / £336 per syringe.
Safety first: In the unlikely event of a problem, Teoysal Ultra Deep can be dissolved away using Hyaluronidase enzyme, reversing the procedure. However, this particular procedure is difficult to dissolve and may require a number of visits to the clinic.

Ellansé
Ellansé ‘E’ / Extended £280 per ml
A higher risk procedure that can’t be dissolved. Experienced patients only.
Ellansé ‘E’
(A long-lasting collagen bio-stimulator procedure – Up to 4 Years).
Benefits:
Cheaper than Hyaluronic Acid procedures over the long term as the procedure lasts up to 4 years, depending on the type used.
Ellansé S – 1 year / Ellansé M – 2 years / Ellansé L – 3 years / Ellansé E – 4 years
Ellansé works by stimulating collagen procedureion.
Immediate results and a longer-lasting alternative to Hyaluronic acid.
Ellanse is reabsorbed and passed out of the body over 2 to 4 years.
Downsides:
Ellansé cannot be dissolved away like Hyaluronic Acid – this makes Ellansé a higher risk procedure.

Hyaluronic acid procedure (H.A.)
(Lower Risk)
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance made by the body.
H.A. procedures are generally very safe (used commonly in the lips and face), and have a low complication rate.
H.A. procedures are biocompatible and can be dissolved away (reversing the procedure if necessary).
Hyaluronic acid procedures are safe and effective for penis augmentation.
Ellansé procedure
(Higher Risk)
Ellansé is a polyester comprised of Polycaprolactone microspheres.
Ellansé encourages the procedureion of new collagen. It is biodegradable and slowly leaves the body over a number of years as it breaks down.
Once Ellansé is injected, it cannot be dissolved away or altered, which makes it higher risk than HA.
